Derelict houses are an eyesore and are dangerous. Given the housing crisis, we cannot allow houses be left empty, falling into disrepair.

People Before Profit campaigns for a ‘Use it or Lose it’ approach. We successfully passed a motion to initiate compulsory purchase orders on all properties listed on the derelict registry in South Dublin County Council.
