This house has been on the register of derelict properties since 16/03/2018 and was vacant for years before that. It is owned by the vulture fund Pepper Finance according to council records. PBP brough a motion to have this property and others like it renovated by the council as public housing if the private owner leaves it vacant. That motion passed in December 2024 and PBP are campaigning for the council to now follow through.
